THREE men have been arrested after a group tried to barge their way into a home.
Armed police were called to Shore Road in Hythe at 3.40pm on Saturday following reports of people attempting to gain entry to an address.
No-one was injured and the group were unable to gain entry.

Officers attended and made enquiries in the area, with three people arrested.
A 31-year-old man from Mitcham, London, was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill.
A 28-year-old man from Wandsworth, London, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and using violence to secure entry to premises.
A 33-year-old woman from Hythe was arrested on suspicion of using violence to secure entry to premises.
They all remain in custody at this time and enquiries are ongoing.
