A MOTORIST refused to provide a urine sample to police after being pulled over in Southampton has been banned from the roads for 36 months.
Eleanor Anne Sinclair, of no fixed abode, was stopped by officers on March 31 last year.
The 28-year-old appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Monday (April 11), charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

She pleaded guilty to the charge, and the court heard she had refused to give a urine sample for laboratory testing “without a reasonable excuse to do so”.
Magistrates fined Sinclair £120 and ordered her to pay a £34 victim surcharge and court costs of £85.
She was also disqualified from driving for three years, reduced by 36 weeks if she completes a driving awareness course.
