THE ENTRY slip road of a busy motorway has reopened.
The upper deck of a vehicle transporter collapsed onto the lower deck on the J9 westbound entry slip on the M3 at Winchester.

National Highways said the incident involved "complex recovery operations".
Delays of 45 minutes remain on the A34 southbound on approach to the J9 roundabout, but should now begin to ease.
