THEY promise to help people lose weight, feel better, look better and feel more awesome!

Personal trainers at Studio Twenty 3 in Chandlers Ford are passionate about improving the health and fitness of every single one of their many clients.

They offer exceptional one to one personal training alongside the popular and more affordable semi private personal training sessions, which sees one trainer look after a small class of four fitness fans training together.

Unlike most other gyms, all sessions are coached, ensuring members are attending regularly, using good technique when they exercise and helping them with lifestyle and nutritional advice along the way.

Owner Gareth Allen told the Daily Echo: “We get great results, have an amazing community and it's a super friendly environment.

“We have members who still train with us today from the day we opened in February 2011.”

Daily Echo:

Gareth has a degree in Sports Science from the University of Bangor in North Wales.

After working for commercial gym chains like David Lloyd Leisure and LA Fitness, he decided he wanted to make his own mark on the health and fitness industry and launched Studio Twenty 3 in The Central Precinct, which was originally known as Physio 2 Fit, more than 11 years ago.

Having expanded during the pandemic, Studio Twenty 3 now also boasts its very own academy, allowing Gareth and his team to teach up and coming personal trainers by providing an NVQ Level 3 in Personal Training.

Daily Echo:

If anything, the gym has emerged stronger from the nightmare of Covid, which shut down all fitness centres for many months on and off.

Gareth added: "Covid-19 was a huge problem for us and we were shut down multiple times.

"We adapted quickly using online tools to deliver workouts alongside outdoor training when the rules allowed it.

"The community got stronger due to the pandemic as exercise was something that really helped people during their own stressful Covid-19 experience."

Studio Twenty 3 recently held an all-day fitness fundraiser to help a teenager attend the World Scout Jamboree.
