Part of a busy road in Southampton is to remain closed over the bank holiday weekend.
Earlier this week, electricity works started in Winchester Road, close to Bassett Avenue.
A single outbound lane restriction was put in place to allow energy company Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) to repair the fault.
However, as the works are ongoing, Southampton City Council confirmed the restriction will remain in place over the weekend.
Due to ongoing SSE works, the single outbound lane restriction on Winchester Road close to Bassett Avenue will remain in place over the weekend.
