A MAN from Southampton arrested on suspicion of manslaughter has been released as a harbour search continues.
Police are looking for David Haw who fell from a boat in Poole Harbour on Monday.
Officers say efforts to locate the 24-year-old “are ongoing”, after he fell overboard from a RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) following a collision with a navigation buoy.
As reported, a 19-year-old man from Southampton arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of manslaughter has been released under investigation.
Police have since added that no further arrests have been made.
Since the incident, reported to police just before 2am on May 2, extensive searches have been carried out in the Poole Harbour area by specialist police dive teams supported by HM Coastguard, the RNLI as well as volunteers from DorSAR and Wessex Flood and Water Rescue Unit.
An investigation, meanwhile, has been launched with Dorset Police working alongside the Marine Accident Investigation Branch and the Coastguard Agency in accordance with established protocols.

David – who is from Sussex – is described as white, five feet ten inches tall, of slim build with short mousey brown hair that is shaved at the side and back, but longer on top. He also has a short beard and bushy eyebrows.
