The individual was reported to have been on his phone and looked to be filming a woman.

The woman became uncomfortable and quickly left the park with her child before calling 101.
A spokesperson from Hedge End police said: "As the summer months approach and the days get warmer, we expect an increase in the numbers using the many play areas, country parks and trails that we have around the Eastleigh District.
"Please make sure to stay alert, vigilant and generally aware of your surroundings.
"If you have any concerns or experience anything that you feel is suspicious please report it on 101 or 999 if you feel there is an immediate risk."
