A LORRY driver twice caught speeding at more than 30mph has been fined.

Constantin Dragan, 38, of White's Way, Hedge End, was caught on the A151 Main Road at Whaplode, Lincolnshire, on July 26 last year.

Boston magistrates fined him and banned him from driving for six months.

He was fined £373 after admitting two charges of speeding - both at 39mph on the same road.

He must pay a £34 victim surcharge, and £90 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Magistrates also imposed three points on his driving licence.
