TWO teenagers have been left cut and bruised after a trio attacked them in a Southampton park.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old woman were assaulted in Palmerston Park between 8.15pm and 8.30pm on Monday evening.
The pair were walking through the park towards New Road and three teenagers - one wearing a balaclava - were walking behind them.
The trio then assaulted the boy and woman, leaving him with minor cuts and bruising. The woman suffered pain in her jaw.
