Southampton is set to sizzle this weekend as the mini-heatwave finally hits, with temperatures reaching highs of 19C - but you need to be quick to enjoy it.
The weather this month has been particularly hit or miss, with some gloriously sunny spells and a fair few grey moments.
But things are really starting to look up, at least for now anyway, with wall to wall sunshine predicted for most of the weekend it’s finally time to get the barbeque out.

Today the Met Office predicts a mostly clear and sunny day with plenty of of sunshine and highs of 18C.
