A MAN who smashed a McDonald's window has appeared in court.
Robert Wheeler, 23, smashed the window at McDonald's at Wells Place in Eastleigh on October 2 last year.
The damage caused was under £5,000.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he admitted one charge of criminal damage with intent.
Robert, of Crestwood View, Eastleigh, was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and a fine of £200.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
