A SOUTHAMPTON man was caught driving after taking cocaine and MDMA.

Oliver Atack was caught drug driving a Peugeot Expert van on Portswood Road in Southampton on Christmas Eve last year.

The 37-year-old was found to have MDMA and Benzolecgonine - a breakdown product of cocaine - in his system.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he admitted two charges of drug driving.

Atack, of Ridley Close, Southampton, was handed an interim disqualification and was remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on June 8.
