THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

RENATO COSTA GOMES, 25, of Paynes Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of riding a motorbike without insurance. Fined £500 and driving record endorsed with seven points. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £100.

STEWART MALLIN, 52, of Kilnyard Close, Totton. Admitted one charge of assaulting a police officer by beating. Handed a curfew by electronic monitoring banning him from leaving his address between 8pm and 8am for three months. Ordered to pay £1,000 compensation as well as £95 victim surcharge and £150 court costs.

ANTHONY MURRAY, 32, of Farrington Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of making a threat over the phone and one charge of harassment without violence. Committed to Crown Court for sentence on conditional bail. Next court date on May 31.

MARTIN HAROLD JOHN KING, 37, of Holbury Drove, Holbury. Admitted one charge of breaching a restraining order by attending an address he was banned from visiting. Fined 768. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £77 and court costs of £85.

PAUL MUNDAY, 42, of Harwood Close, Totton. Admitted two counts of drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 30 months and fined £100.

CHE AGRELLA, 22, of Luccombe Place, Southampton. Admitted one charge of drug driving. Remand unconditional bail - Next hearing in magistrates' court on May 17.

DANIEL DALLIMORE, 30, of Tormead, Hythe. Admitted one charge of drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £369. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD BARNES, 22, of Mallards Road, Bursledon. Admitted drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

ROBBIE JONES, 27, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Admitted one charge of theft. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85.

SIOBHAN RAYNER, 43, of Pickwick Close, Totton. Admitted four charged of drug driving. Remand unconditional bail - Next hearing in magistrates' court on June 10.

MARCELL RADOMSKI, 26, of Oaklands Mead, Totton. Admitted one charge of criminal damage. Ordered to pay compensation of £370.

ELIZABETH HARRISON, 22, of Lonsdale Avenue, Fareham. Admitted one charge of being in charge of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Driving record endorsed with 10 points and fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

STEVEN SMITH, 58, of Station Road, New Milton. Admitted one count of drink driving and one count of failing to surrender to court. Disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £306. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

WILLIAM HENRY CASTLE, 61, of Stirling Avenue, Southampton. Admitted one charge of theft of two pressure washers worth £178.99 from Lidl in Christchurch. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

PATRICK JOHN BARTHOLOMEW, 62, of Gordon Road, Waterlooville. Admitted one charge of assault by beating in Denmead and one charge of sending grossly offensive messages. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months and handed a restraining order banning him from contacting his victim directly or indirectly for two years. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

BETHANY ENFIELD, 24, of Heath Road, Soberton. Admitted one charge of drink driving in Southampton and one charge of driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
