AN investigation has been launched after a 'suspicious incident' on a Southampton road.
Police say it took place on Foundry Lane in Shirley between 12.30pm and 12.45pm on Friday.
The force hasn’t revealed the nature of the incident but has now issued a description of a man who was involved.

He is described as middle-aged, white, around 5’5” tall and of slim build.
He was wearing glasses, a dark coloured backpack with “NIKE” written on it, a grey top and dark jeans.
A police spokesperson said on social media: “Police are currently investigating a suspicious incident involving a male that occurred on Foundry Lane between 1230-1245 today (13/05/22).
“If you saw anyone who matches this description who seemed out of place or who seemed to be acting unusually please contact us on 101 or online at https://orlo.uk/7BCsI quoting 44220188857. Thank you.”
