With prices of bills, fuel and food items going up, millions of people in the UK are struggling to get by.

Here in Southampton, it's no different.

Business owners have already spoken of the impact rising costs are having on their finances, but also on the high street as a whole.

Our main hospital is also affected, with bosses revealing University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust face an extra £3.5m on gas and electricity bills.

In the past few months, charities have been working to help the most affected and a new pantry opened in the city to offer low-cost, quality food.

As prices are expected to rise even further, we would like to hear from ordinary people affected by the cost of living crisis.

What is it that worries you the most? Is there anything you've had to cut back on to make savings?
