FOOD lovers are in for a treat as a new 'American-feel' diner is looking to open in Southampton. 

Bangerz 'n' Burgerz will be opening up next to Above Bar Street on Wednesday, June 29 and serving burgers, hotdogs, barbecue rings, rustic fries, and more. 

The new restaurant will be opening next to Burger King and will bring its passion for food, beer, cocktails, and street art to the city. 

In an Instagram post, the new operators wrote: "After 2 years behind the scenes fighting for this amazing unit on Above Bar Street, Southampton. "It’s actually happening. 

"Excited is an understatement."

Bangerz 'n' Burgerz, which originated in 2018 with their little hotdog shop in Southsea, have gone on to open a few more shops along the South Coast. 

This month, Bangerz 'n' Burgerz also swung open its doors to its new restaurant in Port Solent.

With their delicious menu, they have also reached and launched in Brighton, Chichester, Havant, and Rustington.
