A BROKEN down lorry is causing long delays on a Hampshire dual carriageway.
One lane of the A31 is blocked between its junction with the M27 motorway and Castle Malwood Hill, near Cadnam.
Westbound drivers are reported to be experiencing delays of about 20 minutes.
