RICHARD SARGENT, 54, of Cranbury Road, Eastleigh. Admitted one charge of assault by beating and one charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
SUNNY EARL, 22, of High Street, Hamble. Admitted one charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Remand unconditional bail - Next hearing in magistrates' court on May 25.
HARINDER SINGH, 38, of Queens Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Remand unconditional bail - Next hearing in magistrates' court on June 15.
MICHAL MIRCHEL, 41, of Saturn Close, Southampton. Admitted one charge of assault by beating. Ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £500.
