The Killers are set to bring their much-anticipated show to Southampton in just a few hours and excitement is already building.

The US rock band will take the stage at St Mary's Stadium tonight supported by Stockport indie rockers Blossoms.

Their UK and Ireland tour was originally scheduled for 2020 but had to be rescheduled twice due to the pandemic.

If you're lucky enough to have tickets - here is a handy guide of everything you should know ahead of tonight's gig.

What time does it start?

Doors open at 4pm for access to the food village.

The stadium itself will open at 5pm.

Is there parking?

A limited number of spaces are available at Cemex, directly opposite St Mary's, for £10 per car. Entry to the car park is from 4pm.

Those looking for cheaper alternatives can try the following car parks:

  • Westquay Shopping Centre – SO15 1ST
  • Ocean Village – SO14 3TL
  • Bedford Place – SO15 2DB
  • Grosvenor Square – SO15 2UA
  • West Park Road – SO15 1FZ
  • Marlands – SO15 1BA
  • Eastgate – SO14 3HB

Will there be road closures?

Yes, the roads below will be shut from 2pm.

  • Britannia Road
  • Rochester Street
  • Victoria Street
  • Belvidere Road
  • Melbourne Street
  • Chapel Road
  • Granville Street
  • Marine Parade
  • Marine Parade (Outside Chapel Arms)

Drop off area

Blue badge holders will be able to use Melbourne Street for drop off and pick up.

Everyone else should use Rochester Street from 2pm.

According to St Mary's website, cars can enter from Belvidere Terrace, drop off and exit via Britannia Road to Northam Road.
