Woodhouse Lane in Hedge End will be closed for four weeks starting on June 6 as part of the Botley Bypass scheme.

A signed diversion will be in place via the A334, Botley Road, Tollbar Way, and Winchester Road (B3354).

Hampshire County Council’s contractor, Volker FitzPatrick, will be starting the next stage of drainage works to replace and upgrade an existing culvert structure that allows an existing watercourse to flow under the road.

It is part of the construction of highway infrastructure to support the Uplands Farm Development and Botley Bypass projects.
