This is the moment a Chinook helicopter flew over Southampton today as part of celebrations to mark 40 years since the end of the Falklands war.
Crowds watched in awe as the helicopter from 18(B) Squadron, RAF Odiham soared above Holyrood Church.
The flypast just before 11am was organised to reflect on the 40th anniversary of the Falklands conflict.
It was followed by a commemorative service inside the church and a parade through the city.
