A MAN caught speeding on the M27 three times has been banned from the roads.
Anthony David Forst was first caught breaching the 50mph speed limit on May 15, 2019, when he was caught speeding twice.
The 62-year-old was caught between junctions 5 and 4 doing 63mph and again the same day doing 69mph in a Land Rover.
The next month, on June 15, 2019, he was caught doing 63mph in a Range Rover between junctions 5 and 4.
He was proven guilty of the three charges of speeding via the single justice procedure at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
Frost, of Lyndhurst Road, Minstead, was disqualified from driving for three months and fined a total of £300.
His driving record was stamped with six points.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £125.
