THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
DANIEL DRUMMOND, 32, Wildern Lane, Hedge End. Admitted one charge of breaching tier 4 lockdown restrictions on March 26, 2021. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22.
BRADLEY MARSH, 24, Southampton Road, Eastleigh. Admitted one charge of criminal damage by damaging a Land Rover Freelander. Adjourned until the next hearing on June 22.
JORDAN BURNELL, 26, of no fixed address. Admitted one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £50.
STEPHEN HOPKINS, 35, of Hound Road, Netley Abbey. Admitted one charge of assault by beating. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on July 13.
SAMUEL CHARLETON, 29, of Netherhouse Moor, Church Crookham. Admitted one charge of common assault on an emergency worker and one charge of common assault in Southampton. Remanded on unconditional bail until next hearing on July 6 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
PHILLIP BAIRSTOW, 47, of West Quay Road, Southampton. Admitted to one charge of assault by beating. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
ASHLEY CLARK, 28, of Kingsley Gardens, Totton. Admits breach of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work twice. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay court costs of £60.
