HEAVY delays are building following an incident on a Hampshire motorway.
One lane of the M3 is blocked following the incident this afternoon.

The incident happened southbound between junction 11 at Winchester and junction 12 at Chandler's Ford.
Officials have warned of heavy delays in the area.
