A crash is blocking a key junction near the city centre.
The Six Dials junction on St Andrews Road, outside Premier Inn, has been affected.
The AA says the road is partially blocked, causing delays.
The road is near Solent University, approaching Charlotte Place roundabout.
"Please approach with caution," is the advice from Southampton City Council.
