A SOUHAMPTON drug driver who was high on cannabis has been banned from the roads.
Mohammed Sattar was caught drug driving a BMW on Tulip Road in the city on December 29 last year.
The 53-year-old was found to have THC - a breakdown product of cannabis - in his system.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he admitted one charge of drug driving.
Sattar, of Violet Road, Southampton, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120.
He was also ordered to pay court costs of £85.
