THIEVES have raided a Hampshire cemetery stealing masonry from a grave.
A granite plinth said to be six-foot long has been stolen from a grave at Eastleigh Cemetery.
The incident happened at the burial site on Brookwood Avenue, between Tuesday, July 19 and Tuesday, August 2.
Hampshire police say the case has been filed, pending any new information coming to light, in which case it will be re-opened and investigated further.
