THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

JOSHUA HILLIER, 21, of Horseshoe Drive, Romsey. Admitted drink driving. Disqualified for 16 months and fined £250. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

ASHLEY HUDSON, 28, of Chapel Drove, Horton Heath. Admitted drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 15 months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

ASHLEY COLLINS, 32, of Brookside Way, West End. Admitted using threatening and abusive language and behaviour. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85.

DALIUS VALYS, 35, of Bridge Road, Southampton. Admitted assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Fined £443 and also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

JAMES BELL, 36, of Portsmouth Road, Bursledon. Admitted obstructing a police constable. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and fined £240.

OLIVER LAMACRAFT, 28, of Lundy Close, Southampton. Admitted drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 38 months and fined £276. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

BENJAMIN GARNES, 36, of College Road, Southampton. Admitted possession of cocaine. Fined £807 and drugs seized and destroyed. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85.

RYAN COOPER, 27, of High Street, Southampton. Admitted being drunk and disorderly. Fined £184. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD GULLIVER, 54, of Pitts Place, New Milton. Admitted drink driving. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on September 2 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

THOMAS GEE, 22, of Meybury Close, Bransgore. Admitted aggravated vehicle taking, drink driving, driving without a licence and driving without insurance. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and disqualified from driving for 17 months. His driving licence was endorsed with six points and he was fined £320. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95.
