A MAN has been arrested for further offences following a rooftop stand-off with police.
Rockstone Place was the scene of a major police operation when a man scaled a building at St Edmund's Roman Catholic Church and hurled tiles at cars.
The road was cordoned off at its junction with The Avenue on Friday afternoon for several hours.

Officers kitted out in riot gear and a police drone were all involved in the incident.
A 25-year-old man of no fixed address was later arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, four charges of common assault on an emergency worker, assault with intent to resist arrest and two charges of assault by beating of an emergency worker.
Hampshire police have said that he has been released on police bail until September 2 while enquiries continue.
