PASS "Go", collect £200 and advance to the New Forest.
The famous holiday destination is getting its own official version of Monopoly after beating 19 other areas of outstanding natural beauty, including the Yorkshire Dales, Snowdonia and the Peak District.
The makers of the new game are Winning Moves, who are producing it under license from Hasbro.
And the public is being asked to nominate more than 30 Forest landmarks to feature on the famous Monopoly squares as well as selecting most of the tokens.
One of the spaces on the multi-coloured board could feature the Southern Daily Echo.
Many of the tokens from the original version of the game will feature in the new edition, including the top hat and the ship. But a pony will replace the Scottie dog and the rather plain boot will make way for walking boots.
The four railway stations look set to become walkways or cycleways as the Forest lacks the multitude of mainline stations found in London.
Chance and Community Chest cards will also have a local theme. One card could send players "Back 3 Spaces" for flouting the New Forest Code by straying off the main cycle tracks.
The decision to make a New Forest version of the property trading game is being hailed as a massive boost for the area's tourism industry.
Carol Seymour, business manager of Go New Forest, said: "We're absolutely thrilled at the news that we're having our very own Monopoly game as well as coming first in Winning Moves’ search for the UK’s top area of outstanding beauty.
“We can't wait to see the finished product."
Winning Moves' custom games executive, Ella Gibbs, added: "We expect to be wonderfully spoilt for choice putting together this unique and official board for the New Forest.
“We're absolutely sure the Southern Daily Echo will get to land on the Fleet Street space."
Over the past 25 years Winning Moves has produced versions of Monopoly for various places across the globe, including Dublin, Dubai and Sydney.
The New Forest edition is due to hit the shops next spring.
People can suggest landmarks, customised cards and four of the tokens by emailing newforest@winningmoves.co.uk. The deadline for nominations is 11.59pm on August 24.
