A LEARNER driver who "hit a curb and punctured their tyre" was driving dangerously, police say.
Hampshire Roads Policing Unit stopped a car in Bitterne yesterday after a member of the public reported dangerous driving.

The witness spotted the car hitting a curb and puncturing a tyre.
The driver held a provisional licence and was travelling with three friends in the car.
