OFFICES are available in a landmark Southampton building after a £3million refurbishment.
FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) is marketing a new suite of long and short-term office spaces after the work on Frobisher House, at Nelson Gate.
The refurbishment has included a Cat A fitout, including mechanical and electrical systems, to create contemporary space with exposed ceilings, new carpets, bathrooms and showers.
FIREM said its work marked a major investment to bring much-needed grade A office space to the Southampton market.

It has space available on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors, with units ranging from 5,000sqft to 11,982sqft on each floor and the option to take the entire 40,918sqft.
The ground and first floor at currently used by the Department for Work and Pensions, which has a jobcentre on the site, and other ground floor retail space is used by Co-Op and Subway.
The office development will soon become home to FigFlex Offices, which is set to launch in September and will provide flexible and collaborative workspace with workstations, co-working areas, break-out spaces, virtual offices and meeting rooms.
FigFlex Southampton will include serviced offices and day offices available for as little as one hour for businesses of all size.
Nelson Gate is opposite Southampton Central station and a short walk from the city centre, and Frobisher House has allocated parking available.
