TRIBUTES have been pouring in for the "kind gentleman" who died suddenly over the bank holiday weekend.
Southampton city councillor Terry Streets was elected to represent Bitterne ward in May for a second time.
With news of his sudden passing, Echo readers have poured in with their tributes on social media.

Laura Andrews wrote: "I’m heartbroken, he was such a kind gentleman, fly high mate".
Gemma Rowe added: "Absolutely devastating news, I won't be alone when I say how grateful I am for his support during difficult times, I wish somehow I got to pay it back to him.
"Thoughts with his family and community."
Jenna Pearce said: "Absolutely devastating. He was such an nice guy know him so well at school the memories I will remember.
"Fly high Terry Streets."
Kerry Phillips said: "15 years I got the honour to work with you Terrance. Fly high angel".
Suzanne Browne added: "So hard to believe you're gone... such a good man, devastated for your wife and kids, thoughts are with them all, fly high Terry will always be remembered."
Cllr Streets has served as a member on several council committees and has also worked at Associated British Ports in Southampton as a marine officer.
Red Funnel is flying its flags at half mast as a mark of respect, as is the city council.
