A RESTAURANT that went on the market for £325,000 has been sold subject to contract.
Fuchi in Rumbridge Street, Totton, has operated as a Chinese restaurant for around 15 years.
The two-storey building was previously a pub and can seat around 70 covers.
Trinity Rose is marketing the property, which has since gone under offer.
