HENDY Group has acquired Rayco Ford, a dealership which has been in Romsey for more than 30 years.
Managing director Paul Hendy said that all staff would transfer under the acquisition which he described as an important move in the company's expansion plans.
The group operates Ford dealerships in Eastleigh, Shirley, Fareham, Portsmouth, Winchester, Chichester and Marchwood.
It also has Kia, Mazda and Honda dealerships in the south, as well as Iveco, LDV and truck operations.
