POLICE have been called to the Itchen Bridge in Southampton due to an incident.
Officers could be seen on the bridge close to its junction with Central Bridge at around 5pm today.

Traffic continued to move in both directions during the incident.
Officers have since left the scene.
A group of people were seen comforting someone on the bridge.
Hampshire Constabulary has been approached for more information.
