A MAN who was hit by a train at a Southampton station last week is now in a stable condition.
He was rushed to hospital on Wednesday, October 5 after he was struck by a train at St Denys station.
British Transport Police confirmed he was being treated for life-threatening injuries at the end of last week.

He remains in hospital at this time but is now stable.
British Transport Police said the incident was not being treated as suspicious.
Train operators were forced to cancel and delay services as a result of the incident and a number of replacement buses were put in place.
Railway lines were blocked between Eastleigh station and Southampton Central for the majority of the morning.
