A NEW giveaway has been launched aimed at encouraging Sotonians to shop locally this Christmas.
The Big Christmas Giveaway by Visit Southampton aims at encouraging shoppers to support local businesses launched today.
In order to enter the prize draw, customers who shop at any of the 30 participating businesses from November 17 through January 1 will receive a competition slip.
All they need to do is fill out the slip and post it in one of two Christmas boxes located in The Marlands shopping centre and level two of Westquay.
They will then be in the draw and could win one of the 25 prizes.
