THE following cases were heard in Southampton Magistrates' Court...

SAMSON COPACI, 19, Portswood Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of being in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points and fined £133. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

DAMON MARCHANT, 32, of Whernside Close, Southampton. Admitted one charge of using violence to secure entry to premises. Handed a restraining order banning him from contacting a woman directly or indirectly or visiting an address for two years. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

MARIE RICHARDSON, 53, of Church Road, Bishopstoke. Admitted four counts of assaulting an emergency worker by beating and one count of using threatening and abusive language and behaviour. Ordered to pay £300 compensation and attend drug rehabilitation for six months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

KATE AUBREY, 46, of Radstock Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and court costs of £85.

DAWID KUBICA, 32, Nichols Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of criminal damage. Remanded in custody until the next hearing on November 28.

TOMASZ MROZIK, 43, of Vespasian Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police and one charge of failing to cooperate with a preliminary test. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £480. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £192 and court costs of £85.

HARJEET AUJLA, 31, Hornbeam Road, Chandler's Ford. Admitted one charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath to police. Interim disqualification imposed until the next court hearing on January 4.

SARAH MCGARVA, 42, of Beaulieu Road, Eastleigh. Admitted two charges of assault by beating. Remanded on conditional bail until the next court hearing on January 4 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

BILLY LITTLE, 28, of Highfield Crescent, Paignton, Devon. Admitted one charge of interfering with a car with the intention of theft in Totton. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £620.
