VEGAN food has been growing more and more popular over the years, so much so that the month of January has been rebranded Veganuary.

The vegan challenge encourages people to only eat plant-based food during the first month of the year.

Launched in 2014, the idea behind the challenge is a desire to protect the environment and animals whilst improving people's health.

Several restaurants and cafes in Southampton now offer vegan menus and some businesses serve vegan food only.

If you're wondering where to find tasty, vegan options in Southampton, here is a list of places you could visit.
