CASES heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

HARRY KRUSE, 19, of Suffolk Drive, Whiteley. Pleaded guilty to speeding at High Street, Shirrell Heath, on June 30, 2022. Fined £120, driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE CROSS, 39, of Elsanta Drive, Netley Abbey. Pleaded guilty to speeding at Ringwood on June 26 2022. Fined £800 with six penalty points added to his driving licence.

JOSEPH DANLADI, 33, of Rossan Avenue, Warsash. Found guilty of speeding at Bitterne Road West, Southampton, on April 1 2022. Fined £220 with three penalty points added to his driving licence.

CHRISTIAN AVERY, 50, of Macarthur Crescent, Bitterne Park, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving at Bernard Street, Southampton, on February 8 2022. Handed five-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. Also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Ordered to complete rehabilitation activities. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. No separate penalty.

LEE COOPER, 55, of Heatherdeane Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage, racially/religiously aggravated harassment, three counts of threatening behaviour, and three counts of assaulting an emergency worker. Remanded on unconditional bail until March 22 2023.

RICHARD GULLIVER, 54, of Pitts Place, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving at Sway Road, Pennington, on June 4 2022. Remanded on unconditional bail until March 1 2023.

PAUL AYLWARD, 57, of Obelisk Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assault at Obelisk Road on August 14 2022. Remanded on conditional bail until February 22 2023.

MIA DEAKIN, 19, of Adelaide Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage in Southampton on December 11 2022 and three counts of assaulting an emergency worker on December 25 2022. Remanded on unconditional bail until March 6 2023.

VICKY JAMES, of Malmesbury Road, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to failing to ensure she transferred household waste to an authorised person. Six-month conditional discharge, £153 costs, £22 victim services surcharge.
