THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

BARTOSZ DRYJA, 29, of Highcliff Avenue, Southampton. Admitted one charge of assault causing actual bodily harm. Remanded in custody until the next hearing on March 9 for a live link hearing.

MORGAN RODAWAY, 22, of Midanbury Lane, Southampton. Admitted one charge of speeding. Driving record endorsed with six points and fined £475. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

KAYUM SUMRA, 55, of Clovelly Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of racially aggravated harassment towards a police officer. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on March 29 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

A 15-year-old boy from Chandler's Ford, who cannot be named for legal reasons. Admitted one charge of assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

DANYAL SHAW, 38, of Nelson Road, Bishopstoke. Admitted one charge of speeding in West End. Driving record endorsed with five points and fined £333. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £133 and court costs of £90.

CHRISTOPHER RAZZELL, 67, of Reynolds Road, Fair Oak. Admitted one charge of speeding. Disqualified from driving for six months and fined £66. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

NICOLA WITHERS, 38, of Monterey Drive, Locks Heath. Admitted one charge of failing to identify the driver of a car in Fareham who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with three points and fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and court costs of £90.

KEVIN LAMBERT, 37, of Hyde Gate, Winchester. Admitted two charges of assault by beating and five counts of theft. Remanded in custody until the next hearing on February 15 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

ANDREW DOWNARD, 28, of no fixed address. Admitted two charges of criminal damage. Remanded in custody until the next hearing on February 15 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

RYAN KING, 22, of Denmead, New Milton. Admitted one charge of the possession of a lock knife in a public place. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on March 22 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

CAMERON ATKINSON, 24, of South Hill, Droxford. Admitted one charge of speeding in Fareham. Driving record endorsed with six points and fined £425. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £170 and court costs of £90.

STEPHEN KINGSTON, 66, of Chestnut Avenue, Bournemouth. Admitted one charge of failing to identify the driver of a car in Fareham who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with six points and fined £666. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90.

INGA OPALINSKA, 24, of Divot Way, Basingstoke. Admitted one charge of speeding in Southampton. Driving record was endorsed with three points and fined £66. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
