Here’s the scoop – a new ice cream parlour is coming to Southampton and this is what it could look like.
It may be a bit cold for ice cream this time of year, but that won’t stop Scooperb from serving up tasty treats.
In pictures shared with the Echo by Scooperb, city residents can expect a counter full of delicious ice creams and sorbets.
The company's existing parlours boast rows upon rows of ice cream, which can be enjoyed either alone or with a waffle, crepe, and more accompanianments.
Inspired by the flavours and aromatic spices of South Asia, the parlour will open its sixth store on Spring Road on February 25.
Franchise owner, Khyati Patel said: “I am so excited to join the Scooperb franchise.
“I have been living in Southampton for more than two decades.
“Southampton is a city of many admirable traits, including a thriving city centre full of rich culture and history, and some of the greenest spaces in the UK that offers a variety of foods, restaurants and cafes.”
All Scooperb ice creams are homemade and eggless, vegetarian or vegan.
Customers can also enjoy milkshakes and sundaes, waffles, crepes, mini pancakes and brownies.
Croffles, sorbets, cookie dough and international treats like baklava and falooda are also on the menu.
The parlour will officially open its doors at 11am next Saturday at 108 Spring Road and will be open seven days a week, from 9am to 11pm.
