A man, aged 22, and a woman, aged 49, have been arrested on suspicion of possession of an electrical incapacitation device and cannabis possession.
They have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
This forms part of the force’s work to stop the supply of illegal drugs across Southampton to make the “streets safer.”
It comes after a former cannabis factory off Portswood Road “went up in flames” last month.
The property was raised by police in December who discovered 591 plants.
However, no arrests were made.
