A WOMAN has been hauled before court for wielding a spanner.
Emmalene Hunt, 46, appeared in court after she was found to have a spanner that she intended to use to cause damage to a man's property.
The incident happened on January 1 in Howards Grove in Southampton.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, she admitted one charge of having a spanner in her possession with intent to cause damage to property.
Hunt, of Dundee Road, Southampton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and the spanner was seized and destroyed.
She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and court costs of £85.
