A NEW deli serving milkshakes, sandwiches, homemade desserts and more is looking to open in Shirley.
Chef Aaron Stevens is hoping to throw open the doors to his eatery, Shirley Deli, on the high street.
The deli will be located next to betting shop Paddy Power and will serve fresh food and drinks.
The sandwich and baguette menu will change every day depending on what items are available in the kitchen.
Due to last-minute changes to the shop's electrical appliances, the shop has yet to announce an opening date.
Aaron, on the other hand, feels the delay will be brief.
Once opened, customers can sip on a wide variety of milkshakes, such as strawberry, Biscoff, Oreo, Kit Kat, Milky Bar, and more.
Pulled pork buns filled with stuffing, apple sauce, and gravy, along with curried mutton coconut rice, are also on the eatery's menu.
For coffee lovers, flat whites, espresso, latte, and hot chocolate ranging between £2 and £3 will be available.
