A BMW driver has been given three penalty points after being caught at more than 90mph on the M27.
Daniel Rabaud was spotted at 91mph on the westbound M27 between Junctions 9 and 10 near Fareham.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of speeding relating to the incident on September 22, last year.
The 43-year-old of Kingston Road, Fratton was fined £72 and given three points on his licence.
He must also pay a £28 surcharge by June 14.
