A YouTube video from British Pathé shows the large family of Mr and Mrs Smith.
That said, they're not all children of the 69-year-old couple. Many are grandchildren.
While it's not unheard of for people to have families that big, it's rare to find that they all live within half a mile of one another.

The video, shot in 1939, can be seen below.
"When the Smith army marches past, you'll feel that the future of Old England is safe," jokes the narrator.
He continues: "Was it Nelson that said something about England expects?
"And Mr Smith did always have a strong sense of duty."
