A renewed appeal has been issued to rehome an adorable Bengal cat.
Louie has been waiting for his fur-ever home at St Francis Animal Welfare for over a year.
The ‘playful’ four-year-old feline arrived at the Fair Oak shelter but is yet to find happiness in a home.
Following an appeal in the Daily Echo, the shelter was inundated with applications, but the right owners are yet to be found.

Katie Obrien, shelter manager, said: “We had a great response to the article, many thanks to the Echo, and we're currently sifting through applications.
“Louie is a tricky cat to rehome. We really need a country or semi-rural home for him with no children, other cats or pets so if anyone fits that description, please can they still apply.”
Louie was brought to the shelter after his elderly owner became too ill to look after him.
He had been left confined in a flat with little human contact, making him very scared.
As the months went by his confidence has grown and he is ready to find a loving home.
