Riders who 'dare to bare all' to protest against the global dependency on oil and air pollution are set to strip all their clothes for the World Naked Bike Ride in Southampton.

Cyclists will strip themselves of clothes and cycle through the city to bring attention to Britain’s ‘car culture’ and the dangers faced by cyclists.

They will undoubtedly bring attention to themselves as they go about riding their bikes naked.

One rider in 2014 carried a sign with the words ‘less gas, more ass’ painted on their bike.

The event will start on Friday, July 21, at Southampton Common, opposite Omdurman Road, at 5pm - and runs to 7.30pm.
